La Ferme des Routes is a collective farm in Organic Agriculture which defends peasant and environmental values. Production: cereals stored and transformed on site into flours then into sourdough bread cooked in a wood fire.
Located in the commune of Bésayes, 20 km from Valence and Romans, at the foot of the Vercors, we grow mixtures of ancient wheat, einkorn, khorasan (ancient wheat from Iran), buckwheat, flax, sunflower and alfalfa. We sell flour to retailers and professionals and bread. All products are sold directly: producer stores, grocery stores, open-air markets, AMAP.
On an area of 45Ha, cereal crops are rotated with alfalfa.
Organic farm since 1996. We are members of the Fermes paysannes et sauvages association.
