Description
La Ferme des Grétières, an organic farm in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales.
Our main activity is olive growing and the production of Petit Épeautre from Haute de Provence.
Nyons olives are transformed into AOP NYONS extra virgin olive oil, table olives and Écrasée d'olive, a 100% olive paste.
Petit Épeautre is sold as a cereal, transformed into flour, which is made into Tagliatelle.
