Mas Provençal" house set amidst the vineyards of the Côte du Rhône estates in Venterol, a commune in the Baronnies Provençales regional nature park. Venterol is a small village of 700 inhabitants in the Drôme department of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, just 5 km from the center of Nyons, the capital of the Olive Noire region. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area where the gentle way of life is the watchword. Venterol is located in the heart of the Drôme provençale. A region renowned for its Côte du Rhône appellation wines, we're just a few kilometers from grand crus such as Gigondas or Beaume de Venise, where you can visit the producers' cellars. A stone's throw from Mont Ventoux, the famous stage of the Tour de France Cycling Race, which culminates at 1910 meters altitude and whose 25-kilometer ascent is very popular with cyclo-tourists. Just a few kilometers from Vaison la Romaine, a famous Roman town well known for its Roman bridge. Nearby towns include Montélimar, Orange, Carpentras and Avignon. This highly touristy region hosts fabulous Provencal markets, famous throughout France, especially in summer.

In this house, we love animals, and if you wish, you can meet Tao, our Newfoundland, and U2, our young Maine Coon. If you're afraid of animals, no problem, Tao and U2 live exclusively in our private part of the house. We therefore accept pets (dogs or cats) during your stay, on the sole condition that they are socialized both with humans and with each other.
