Our selection of cheeses and local grocery products will give you souvenirs of your stay in Valence that you can enjoy on your return: we vacuum-pack your cheeses free of charge to preserve them at their best.
During your stay, La Chazère will accompany you on a daily basis with its cheeses and groceries, as well as for evenings with friends with its all-cheese or mixed charcuterie boards, family meals with its end-of-meal platters or even for major events with its buffet or pièce montée compositions. The cheeses are selected with the greatest care and chosen according to your tastes.
In season, of course, we offer our raclette cheese platters with charcuterie option, and we grate your fondues to order according to your recipe. The icing on the cake: we have raclette and fondue machines on loan!

Our business is rooted in the local fabric: all year round, we give priority to local products (Drôme cheeses, of course, but also Ardéchois potato chips, Ardéchois gherkins, Drôme spreads, etc.). Our products don't travel far, so their carbon footprint is limited.
