La Biche

The Biche gîte adjoins the Chamois gîte. It is laid out on the 1st floor as a duplex: 1st level: 25m² living room with sofa bed for 2 people, shower room, separate toilet. 2nd level: attic mezzanine for 3 people (1x160x200 and 1x80x200 available as extra bed). 16m² south-west-facing balcony with unobstructed view for your exclusive use. To be shared with the 3 gîtes: parking, brazier, relaxation room (games, reading, fireplace) and wellness room equipped with a 2-person spa and sauna/hammam. You can choose between a traditional sauna with dry heat or a gentle steam. We live 2 minutes away by car (950m), and will be happy to share our knowledge of the area with you. Access to the gîtes ends at 500m of unpaved road. For the well-being of your animals and everyone else, we rely on everyone's responsibility. Please note that the site is not fenced! The wellness area is forbidden to under-18s. Just 1 hour from Valence and Grenoble and 2 hours from Lyon, in the Léoncel - Saint Jean en Royans - Vassieux en Vercors triangle, the Dragoux gîtes offer a unique setting in the heart of a secluded, unspoilt clearing. In autumn, it's an idyllic spot to watch and listen to the stag bellow! Eric has passionately renovated this 14th-century hayloft. A successful project, the house now houses 4 adjoining studios for 2 to 5 people, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. You won't have time to get bored between the calm, the view, the discovery of Royans-Vercors (hiking, canyoning, skiing (Font d'Urle resort 20km away), the historic sites, the spectacular passes and roads, the culinary specialities...), the wellness area. Just 20 minutes away, Saint-Jean-en-Royans boasts a wide range of shops: tourist office, supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, bookshop, optician, tennis court, swimming pool, "l'arbre à fil" adventure park...
