Upstairs (slightly steep staircase): bedroom with double bed (1x180), TV and small desk, bathroom with toilet (shower cubicle). Private terrace in the shade of a fig tree. In the hamlet, 10m from the gîte, a shared, enclosed 1700 m² garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, sheltered summer kitchen (masonry barbecue, hob, dishwasher, sink) and dining area, shared swimming pool (bean 8x3 m, depth 1m45, open from May to October, fenced), swings, board games. Shared laundry/toilet in garden. Shaded parking lot 60 m from the gîte (possibility of unloading in front of the gîte), accessed via a path and stone steps. Smoking not permitted in the gîte. The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in a picturesque hamlet with old stone buildings, this gîte combines charm and authenticity. At the entrance to the property, a small forest of holm oaks greets you on arrival, creating a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to the village and amenities. Montsegur sur Lauzon is a charming village, typical of the Drôme Provençale region. Just a few kilometers away, explore the must-see sites: the Château de Grignan, the hilltop villages of La Garde Adhémar and Valaurie, the Crocodile Farm, or the fortress of Suze-la-Rousse and its oenological experiences.
