Self-contained gîte, located in the countryside in the heart of an organic wine and olive-growing estate 3km from the town of Nyons, adjoining another gîte and the owner's home. Private entrance and outdoor space.

The access road to the gîte is not asphalted, but is easily accessible by car, motorcycle or bicycle.
Le Jolia is a brand-new 65 m2 apartment designed by an architect for optimum comfort. It takes the form of a duplex with living room/kitchen on the ground floor and 1 bedroom (double bed 160*200) and bathroom on the 1st floor.
The gîte has all the comforts you need (washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, new bedding with comforter and sheet included for weekly rentals).

The Jolia terrace is located right next to the vineyards, offering panoramic views of the Pre-Alps, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The terrace is a quiet, shady place to relax.
The 10x5 swimming pool (with staircase) is below, shared between the two gîtes and the owner.
The pool area also offers a moment of relaxation and serenity, with all the necessary comforts at your disposal (sunbathing, shaded area, view of Mont Ventoux).
