For our table, we use organically grown produce. We work with local producers, but also with others we've met on our travels, at markets and fairs. Our aim is to share our preferences with you, to tantalize your taste buds, by adapting and transforming them according to our inspiration.
We have been certified organic since July 1, 2013.
