Situated in the heart of nature (altitude 1100m), 15 minutes from Saint-Jean-en Royans, this old traditional Vercors house comprises 2 gîtes. The house has been entirely renovated with passion and taste by Annabelle.

Nestled on the edge of the forest, with a view of the mountains, you'll be able to reconnect with nature and peace and quiet. In winter, 30 minutes from the Font d'Urle ski resort, you can enjoy skiing and snowshoeing. In summer, whether you're on foot or by bike, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking on the plateaux or in the gorges (the Bourne, Combe-Laval, etc.) for all ages and levels. The Vercors is also a place steeped in history, which you can discover at the Resistance Memorial. The Bateau à roue and the Musée de l'eau will delight young and old alike. And gourmets won't want to miss out on discovering and tasting Vercors trout and, above all, the famous ravioles with walnut wine as an aperitif.

Accessed via a stone staircase with just a few steps, the first floor features a 37 m² living room with pellet stove. Kitchen area with pass-through window to terrace, living/dining area. First floor: two bedrooms (1x160) (2x90), Italian-style shower room, WC. Lovely, independent terrace with no overlooking views of the other gîte.
