Gîte des Moutiers

The gite is situated in Allex, a hilltop village. It has been built in an old farm deep in the countryside.The gite, which has a 3 keys labelling with Clés Vacances, can host 4 to 5 persons. It is composed of 2 rooms, a large living room, a local bike, a barbecue, a table football and table tennis.

Welcome to our 1850 family home! The Moutiers gîte is in the eastern part of the house, where the sheepfold and coach house once stood. We live on site, but you have your own entrance. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, 3 steps with handrail lead to the living room, then the hallway (5 steps with handrail) leads to the 2 bedrooms (2x80x200) (140x190 and French windows to the outside), shower room and separate toilet. Outside: on-property parking, shady east-facing terrace with pergola, wisteria and parasols, ping-pong table, garden, laundry room with washing machine, freezer and bike storage. In the village of Allex: pharmacy, mini-market, bakeries, pizzeria, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, vending machine, Valence-Crest bus line no. 28. We've been welcoming our guests with passion and kindness for over 20 years. Just 20 minutes from Valence and Crest, enjoy a breath of fresh air at Allex. The peaceful setting is ideal for visiting the Drôme valley and the Diois region, with its many tourist attractions between the Vercors and Drôme provençale. And don't forget the Ardèche, not so far away on the other side of the Rhône (10km). You'll quickly fall in love with the high ceilings, stone walls, beams and authentic character we've tried to preserve. In the immediate vicinity: tropical aquarium (4km), Les Ramières train station and nature reserve (5km), Upie zoo (10 min), Etoile Park water sports center (15min), Lorient park (15min), the hilltop villages of Mirmande, Marsanne and Cliousclat (20min)... Fast access to the A7: 15min from exits n°15 Valence-Sud and n°16 Loriol. Valence-TGV station is 30 minutes away.
