-one of which is a "dormitory" with curtain partitions (1 old walnut bed 125 + 1 bed 140 + 2 beds 90), chest of drawers and wardrobe
-the other 1 x 140 and 1 x 90 with wardrobe, opening onto a toilet (washbasin and WC) and communicating with the outside parking lot, equipped with TV on request.
Electric heating (in addition to wood-burning) in all rooms.
Exterior: on 2000 m² unfenced plot. Parking for 4 cars. Stone barbecue. Children's games (trampoline, multi-game tree house, slides, table tennis and table soccer, "vehicles"). Village 8 minutes away (grocery stores, bakery, bar, hotel restaurant, hairdresser). Supermarkets 30 minutes away, swimming pools and golf courses 20 and 30 minutes away.
Activities: walks starting from the house (descriptions, IGN map and advice provided). Numerous mid-mountain and high plateau hikes (nature reserve) 1 h away. Rates are per night, regardless of the number of guests.
Unless otherwise negotiated, rentals are for a minimum of 5 nights.
End-of-stay cleaning charge (if applicable): €50
Towels and sheets (beds made) included at no extra charge. Possibility of global refund of €10/night if brought by the tenant.
