At the end of a small lane, you'll discover this charming, fully renovated detached house, nestled in the heart of nature.
The entrance is on the south-facing side of the house: an outside staircase leads directly to a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a large, bright living room (accessible by 3 steps). Here you'll find a large table for sharing meals with the family, a bar, SMART TV and a sofa bed, all warmed by a wood-burning stove for a cosy atmosphere.
A corridor leads to a 1st bedroom (bed 140x190) with private bathroom + WC, a 2nd bedroom (bed 140x190), and a dormitory with 3 bunk beds (90x190), TV in all bedrooms. There's also an independent shower room and WC.
A cosy corner in the hallway, also heated by a wood-burning stove, is ideal for reading or playing games.
Exterior under development/risk of fall on north-facing slope. Free wood included. Small dogs accepted. You'll enjoy a 360° view over the valley, the Ardèche and its beautiful mountains (Les Trois Becs, Roche Colombe, Couspeau, Saoù...). Here, nature is a permanent spectacle: vultures, deer and wild animals can all be seen from the windows... A total immersion in the heart of the flora and fauna.
For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking trails leave directly from the gîte. Trails criss-cross the hills, forests and valley. You'll be spoilt for choice!
Just a few minutes away, the villages of Bourdeaux and Dieulefit await you, with their narrow streets, craftsmen, local markets, cafés and summer entertainment. It's also an ideal starting point for exploring the Drôme Provençale, with its producers, potters, themed walks and workshops.
