10km from Nyons, small village with shops/services, in a very quiet area, on the edge of olive trees, gîte for 6 people, including a house of 80 m² and an independent studio of 35 m², swimming pool 4X8m.
For reasons of hygiene, our friends the animals are not allowed.

Gîte for 6 people comprising 80 m2 single-storey house for 4 people with living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 160/200 bed and the other with 2 90/200 beds that can be made into a 180/200 bed) bathroom and separate toilet, and 35 m2 independent studio for 2 people with 160/200 bed, kitchenette, sitting area and bathroom/toilet.
Wifi internet access, TV in house and TV in studio. Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided.
4 m / 8 m secure swimming pool with roller shutter and removable fence, including 4 / 1.20 m paddling pool.
Ping-pong table.
Bicycle garage, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, enclosed parking for 2 vehicles and parking for 1 vehicle outside.
Barbecue available.
A large terrace awaits you for convivial moments, as well as an area
with garden tables, bench and hammock.
A shaded communal pétanque court is just 2 steps from the gîte.
