"A secular education movement that contributes to the democratization, extension and improvement of the public education service in the Drôme département.

A social movement federating associations, corporate bodies and individual members, which encourages all individual and collective initiatives, with a view to developing lifelong education, encouraging civic commitment and bringing solidarity to life. To this end, it encourages the creation of secular educational, cultural, sporting and social associations and institutions. It helps run these associations and institutions and defend their interests.

- A movement of ideas that fosters encounters and debate in the service of a better understanding of society's issues and the exercise of full citizenship.

- A social economy organization that promotes an economy at the service of men and women, and develops activities within this framework while respecting its non-profit nature, in particular the organization of educational, social and cultural services, travel and vacation stays, sports and leisure activities, training initiatives...".
