With sage, hops, chamomile or holy basil, Thomas Ravinel's kombucha is made from organic ingredients.

Originally from Asia, kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and plants. Fermentation is achieved through a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast, beneficial to our microbiota.

Currently in the process of obtaining the Nature et Progrès label, except for ingredients not grown here, Thomas and Jennifer grow what they need in their garden, and create their delicious beverages in their lab.
