2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200) and terrace, accessed by "ladder" stairs (not secured), and 1 bedroom with single bed (90x190).
On-site parking (several sheltered spaces), 9 spaces and more. Dwelling adjoining another dwelling to the rear (not overlooked).
No overflowing parties! Pets accepted on request (contact reservation service). Mas provençal set in grounds planted with fruit trees and truffle oaks, 2 km from the village of Montségur-sur-Lauzon, with essential shops. Independent gîte offering peace, space and comfort.
Private saltwater swimming pool, 4x12m, 1.4m deep, fenced, heated, open from May to October, weather permitting. Swimming lessons with lifeguard available.
