Le Moulin à Huile - L'Excellence de l'Olive Bio AOP Nyons Our oil mill reflects a preserved heritage and a culture that respects nature. We produce an organic PDO Nyons olive oil with delicate, fruity aromas, obtained by carefully pressing olives harvested at perfect maturity. During your visit, you'll discover the different stages of production, from olive sorting to extraction, and be able to taste our organic oils and olives, true treasures of the land.

The Distillery - A Heritage of Distillers from Father to Son For generations, our family has perpetuated the art of distillation in a traditional still. Our distillery opens its doors to let you discover the making of our artisanal aperitifs, fruit liqueurs, Elixir des Baronnies and eaux-de-vie. Each bottle tells a story, that of a terroir sublimated by the distiller's know-how.
