Flipping through the pages of history books, we discover that vines have thrived on our land since the Middle Ages. In the 18th century, the Asseyras farm became a strategic horse farm, linking the Orange road to Valréas.
The owner at the time was nicknamed "Bourrique" - a name you can't make up! Lending itself to a smile with the local anecdote "Tu t'anierasaux Asseyras".
Since the 19th century, our family has been winegrowers from father to son, over 4 generations. We cultivate with passion these lands bathed by the sun of Provence and caressed by the Mistral!
Every year, we transform these precious grapes into wine, perpetuating a heritage rich in tradition and know-how.
