Domaine Gabriel Monier
Description
The 30-hectare estate, which has been organically farmed since 2010, is mainly planted with vines, but also with pomegranate and olive trees, meadows and woods, all cultivated with respect for biodiversity.
Three generations of farmers have gradually developed the vineyard, culminating in 2017 with the construction of our winery and the production of our first wines at Domaine Gabriel Monier, named after my grandfather.
