Wine-tasting cellar, wine tourism activities as a family or with friends. Treasure hunt: «The Lost Treasure of the Gravennes» and escape game «The Mystery Box»!
...Luc, trained in Beaune, brings a wealth of technical experience from all over the world. Rémi, an engineer with a wealth of experience in industry, contributes his skills and rigor.
The vineyard is run using organic methods, with great respect for the terroir:
- Maintaining the balance of the ecosystem
- Revitalize the soil
- Pampering the vines
The wines are made with passion, rigor and tradition, allowing the terroir to express itself:
- Indigenous yeasts (naturally present)
- Delicate extraction of color and tannins
Conviviality and simplicity in sharing our cuvées - that's what it's all about!
The terroir
The mistral-swept vineyards are classified as Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages.
The reds come from Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Marselan grapes, and the whites from Viognier, Grenache blanc, Marsanne and Roussane.
Two main types of soil enable us to produce our range of wines:
A sandy soil, where our whites are grown.
A stony clay-limestone soil, for our reds.
