Adjoining the owners' home, independent entrance, private parking. Fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area, with a mezzanine lounge featuring a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds (1x180 or 2x90) and a sleeping area with a bunk bed (80x190) separated from the bedroom by a curtain. Shower room in bedroom. Private, fenced garden with garden furniture, gas grill, sun loungers and a terrace with sitting area accessible from the bedroom. On the owners' side of the garden: a shared swimming pool open from June to September, weather permitting, and accessible from 9am to 6pm (12x6m, max depth 2m5, secured by a roller shutter). The owners have 2 dogs who can be outside on their property (pool side) when they are at home. The bay window of the gîte's living room opens onto the owners' land (terrace equipped with a brise vue). Gîte close to the D164 between Crest and Die. Located between Crest and Die, you'll love being on the banks of the Drôme for a swim or a canoe trip. Crest is 15 minutes away, so don't miss a visit to its imposing tower (the highest keep in France!). Die, the land of Clairette, is 30 minutes away. The Vallée de la Drôme, with its Biovallée® (living valley) label, lies at the foot of the Trois Becs massif, an area that offers superb hiking. You can visit the syncline and the Saoû forest. Numerous medieval villages are nearby (Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, Cobonne, Chabrillan...). The Roanne and Gervanne rivers are also worth a visit. The Drôme provençale is not far away either! (Marsanne, Bourdeaux, Dieulefit...). Let yourself be tempted to discover this beautiful region of valleys, mountains and rivers.
