This 58 km circuit runs through the south-western part of the Dieulefit-Bourdeaux region, where the landscape turns towards Provence, all the way to Grignan, where the château stands out in a landscape of holm oaks, lavender and vines.

Tucked away in the Pre-Alps of the Drôme region, Dieulefit, a tourist town with a climate that is ideal for those suffering from respiratory insufficiency, is an ideal starting point for your itinerary. Along the way, you'll discover Le Poët-Laval, one of France's most France's most beautiful villages and its Protestant museum, the old village of Châteauneuf-de-Mazenc on the heights of La Bégude-de-Mazenc and the remains of the Romanesque priory on the heights of Aleyrac. The village of Grignan and its castle emerge in a landscape where holm oaks, lavender and vines grow alongside other crops. You'll then come to the medieval village of Taulignan, with its eleven towers. From mid-July to mid-August, the lavender distilleries of La Roche-Saint-Secret perfume the air. Along the way, on the tip of a rocky spur, you'll see the old village of Béconne facing the Tour d'Alençon, and just before returning to Dieulefi t, the private château of Montjoux.
