Circuit du château
The Chapelle de la Mure is dedicated to St. Mamert. It has long been a place of pilgrimage. Further up on the right, admire the remains of ancient windmills.
Leaving Vassieux en Vercors, head for Le Château via Les Bourgets, La Frache and then La Mure. From Le Château, take the road for about 400m before turning left onto a path that leads to Les Sables and then to Le Sapin d'Aimé. From here, the path becomes hilly but still very pleasant and rolling all the way to La Mure, from where you reach the village via Les Chèvres, La Grande Peyrouse and Pourlette.
