Cave Combedimanche

Domaine created in 2019 by brothers Antoine and Alexandre Combedimanche.

Antoine, a wine enthusiast, and Alexandre, a Clairette de Die winemaker, began winemaking in 2019 with a 100% Clairette vintage from the old vines planted by the BLANC family's maternal great-grandfather. From there, the "Héritage BLANC" vintage was born.

To diversify, 1 ha of IGP Collines Rhodaniennes was planted in Syrah / Viognier / Roussanne / Grenache in Suze (26400).

The winery is located in the commune of Chabeuil (26120), east of the airport, 35 minutes from the family vineyard, a plantation of 0.5 ha in Syrah / Marsanne / viognier was added around the winery to obtain a vintage with different aromatics close to the Rhône Valley.

Heritage Blanc
Grape variety: 100% Clairette
A mineral, herbaceous and lemony aroma, a freshness and liveliness typical of the grape variety, fresh wood, clarified butter, bergamot, English candy, vanilla.
To drink chilled +/- 5°C with fish or seafood.

Heritage Rouge
Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Blackcurrant, morello cherry and prune, vanilla and juniper woodiness, pine resin.
The palate is a blend of roundness and rustic lightness of the aroma.
To drink at room temperature +/- 18°C, with red meat or cheese.

Achille
Grape variety: 100% Viognier
Roundness, buttery brioche finish with a hint of hazelnut, amyl note, Arlequin candy on the nose and candied citrus fruits.
Drink rather chilled +/-10°C, as an aperitif or with a meal.

Alice Rosé
Grape variety: 50% Grenache 50% Syrah
Honeysuckle, grapefruit, banana and wild strawberry, peppermint.
The palate is taut with a tannic touch and offers between lightness and malic vivacity, a fine and balanced composition.
Drink chilled +/- 5°C as an aperitif in summer.
