Bois de Jamot et Baume

The Bois de Jamot et Baume trail allows you to explore this vast forest and its plateau on the heights of Espeluche. Forest paths, trails and shady singles sheltered from the wind are all on the program.

The Bois de Jamot trail begins gently, but the first climb arrives quickly and progressively. From tracks to small paths, the landscape unfolds and you can even see the Château de Rochefort-en-Valdaine in the distance, as well as the surrounding peaks. The last short descent before the return to peace and quiet presents a few points that are both slightly technical and playful.
