Formerly the village hotel, this large converted house now houses two spacious gîtes, each comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 people. The location is ideal for vacations with family or friends. The entrance to this gîte is at the back of the house, and the gate is shared with the occupants of the first gîte.

First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto a pleasant living area with corner sofa and TV (3 steps down), shower room (shower cubicle, double washbasin) and separate toilet (3 steps down).

Upstairs you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160x200) and a desk, a second with two single beds (2x90x200) and the last with a double bed (1x140x190).

Outside, relax in the shade of the lime tree. The south-west-facing garden is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Public parking lots 50 and 100 m from the gîte. Nestled in the heart of the Vercors Drômois, Saint-Martin-en-Vercors is a mid-mountain village set at the foot of the cliffs, between fir forests and vast plateaux. The village's charm lies in its authenticity and unspoilt natural surroundings.

Hiking, mountain biking, caving or Nordic skiing (Herbouilly, Col du Rousset, Fond d'Urle, Autrans): there's no shortage of activities all year round. Nearby, explore the Bourne gorges, the Combe Laval cirque, the Choranche cave, or stroll through the narrow streets of Pont-en-Royans and its hanging houses. The Vercors is also a land of history and memory, with museums and sites dedicated to the Resistance in Vassieux-en-Vercors.
