In the heart of the Herbouilly Nordic area, the Auberge de Roybon welcomes skiers and hikers. Enjoy traditional cuisine and dishes from around the world in an idyllic forest setting.

For lunch, served exclusively between 12:00 and 14:00, the chef offers daily suggestions to be discovered on the slate. Many typical mountain dishes delight the taste buds.

In the afternoon, after a pleasant hike, a gourmet break or snack awaits you from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.

In the evening, you can enjoy dinner by reservation, 72 hours in advance. A unique menu is presented. Due to the small size of the team, service starts at 7:00 pm, at the same time as the hostel guests.

On request, at least 48 hours in advance, authentic mountain-flavored picnics are available to take away.

The restaurant is located 10 minutes from Saint-Martin-en-Vercors and 30 minutes from Villard-de-Lans by car. In winter, access is by ski, on foot or on snowshoes. In summer, we recommend parking in the Nordic area parking lot, then walking to the resort along a pleasant 500-meter forest trail in excellent condition. Access by car is also possible for people with reduced mobility.
