Mid-mountain café-restaurant organized as a cooperative.
We give priority to direct-from-producers, and our cuisine is homemade, seasonal and partly organic.
Artisanal beers and fruit juices, sodas made on the plateau, farmhouse milk, spirits distilled nearby, Vercors meat, home-made charcuterie (free-range pork right next door), organic trout, artisanal farmhouse ice creams... We work with quality raw produce, direct from the producers, and we're keen to share it with you through our generous, traditional cuisine.
Restaurant service from 12pm to 2pm. Drinks and sweet/savoury snacks from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm.
