Renovated cottage with separate entrance, located in part of the owners' home. You will appreciate the quietness of the place, at the foot of the Vercors foothills, not overlooked. On the ground floor: living room with dining area and TV lounge area, wood stove, equipped kitchen with access to the private terrace, laundry room and separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (150x190), a second bedroom with two single beds or a double bed (2x80 or 160x190) and a final bedroom with a single bed (100x180) and private terrace. Bathroom (bath, sink), separate toilet. Outside: private terrace facing northwest, ideal in summer, it stays cool: garden furniture, deckchair, electric plancha, parking above the property a few meters from the entrance to the cottage. Pedestrian access is via a sloping concrete path. On request: closed bicycle shelter and outdoor games (table tennis table, trampoline, molkky, apparatus for adults). At the foothills of the Vercors and in the heart of the Monts du Matin, you will stay in a restored gîte within an old building dating from the 15th century! (for the oldest part).
Between Drôme des Collines and Vercors, a multitude of activities are available to you. For a day, you can visit: the Vercors and its vertiginous roads, breathtaking landscapes, the Choranche Cave, Pont-en-Royans and its water museum, Saint-Antoine l'Abbaye, the Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, the Shoe Museum, St Nazaire en Royans, its paddle steamer, the garden of petrifying fountains as well as the Thaïs cave... The area is ideal for hiking or cycling (starting from the gîte in particular).
Just 2 minutes from the cottage is the family-friendly leisure complex "Joli Paddock" (gravel kart, electric balance bike, pétanque court, and refreshment stand).
Romans-sur-Isère, Valence TGV, and Saint Marcellin are 15 minutes away. Valence city center is 30 minutes away.
