The Théâtre de la Courte Echelle has been commissioned by the City of Romans for over 15 years, to program and organize the "young audience" season, which includes around ten shows a year, with the aim of promoting the performing arts in all its forms, and encouraging the development and training of young spectators.

For several years now, the Théâtre de la Courte Echelle has also been coordinating residencies for professional and amateur companies, as well as for local artistic associations who request them.
