Alta Domus

ALTA DOMUS is a concierge service that thinks like an investor: optimized profitability, minimized hassle.
For travelers, we aim for more than satisfaction: an experience beyond expectations.

ALTA DOMUS is a real estate concierge service conceived by an investor, who has at heart the satisfaction of owners and travelers, while creating a good environment for the service providers who care for and look after the property.

We manage the entire value chain - visibility, pricing, traveler experience, service providers - with a view to continuous optimization.

ALTA DOMUS also helps its customers deal with the tax issues associated with short-term rentals. Tax regimes, trade-offs, common mistakes, legal optimization levers...

This expertise is a natural extension of my own experience as a real estate investor. I manage properties as if they were my own, with the same focus on yield, cost control and risk management.

On the travelers' side, we pay real attention to the experience. Every stay must be simple, comfortable and pleasant, with that little something extra that makes the difference and makes you want to come back or recommend the accommodation. This requirement is naturally reflected in reviews, repeat bookings and the overall performance of the property.

ALTA DOMUS is clearly positioned as a results-oriented concierge service. A long-term vision, well-considered choices and value created in a concrete way, for owners and travelers alike.
