Wing Tsun is a Chinese martial art. According to legend, it originated in the 7th century in the Shaolin monastery of Fudjan. Its practice is based on a flexible, fast and effective combat system.

This traditional martial art is primarily designed for close combat. It includes hand, leg, elbow and knee techniques, hand-to-hand combat (projection and counter-projection) and ground defense, as well as weapons handling (long stick and double knives) and wooden dummy practice.
